M² Automatic Measurement Option
LBP-OP-M2 series
This is an automated M² measurement option combining the beam profiler analysis software “LaseView” with a motorized stage.
By moving the motorized stage equipped with a camera along the optical axis, beam profiles are automatically acquired at multiple positions, and M² is analyzed in real time.
Measurement operations are completed entirely within the software, eliminating the need for manual adjustments or complicated positioning. The use of a compact motorized stage with a built-in driver allows for a compact overall system, and it can be connected to a PC with a single USB cable.The motorized stage is available in optional lengths of 25, 50, 100, 150, and 200 mm, supporting a wide range of beam quality measurements from research and development to equipment evaluation.
