- Measurement wavelength range: 1 – 18 μm
- Note: There are two types of detectors: 1–3 μm (NIR) and 4–18 μm (MIR). Each type does not cover the entire range of 1–18 μm.
Each type has a different window material: sapphire for NIR and Ge for MIR.
Each window material is coated to be sensitive to the corresponding wavelength.
